If you have a fall, Pulse Link activates SOS mode. The watch will vibrate and audibly tell you an SOS is about to be sent. You have 5 seconds to cancel it otherwise an alert is sent to anyone registered in your care network.
The alert is sent via 4G under Pulse Link's roaming network. To put it simply, instead of choosing between Telstra or Optus, Pulse Link chooses the highest signal strength provider each and every time. This could be Optus at the front of your house and Telstra at the back.
