At Pulse Link, we currently offer a single express shipping method for all orders. This method ensures a reliable and efficient delivery process, ensuring your smart watch reaches you in perfect condition.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard shipping rate applies to all orders, regardless of order size or destination within Australia. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with your shipment. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

No Pickup Service

Please note that we do not offer a pickup service for any orders. All orders must be shipped to the designated delivery address.

International Shipping

At this time, Pulse Link does not offer international shipping. We are focused on serving our customers within Australia and ensuring the highest level of service and reliability. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future to include international destinations.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact our team at support@pulselink.com.au with photos of the damage so we can take appropriate actions to resolve this incident.

Can I wear Pulse Link in the shower?

Absolutely! Pulse Link is water proof and suitable for showers but we caution against regularly submerging it in water as this may begin to impact the quality of the speaker.
